He asked me this great question: “In one sentence, what does an effective leader do to develop and raise funds for their ministry?”
Here’s the answer. An effective leader builds real relationships with people, helping them to see what God is doing through the ministry and then equipping them to have the impact that only they can have on the vision for the future.
But, so many leaders are stuck in a fundraising mentality. They are overwhelmed with the needs of the ministry and often feel like they are hitting a brick wall.
I want to encourage you and help you to stop fundraising and start leading so that you grow a culture of generous giving that moves you forward year after year.
Here’s the first video in the series, “Stop Fundraising and Start Leading.”
